Getting Started with mskNAV

Thank you for purchasing mskNAV, as a small business, we appreciate every transaction.

We are excited to help you accelerate your MSK Ultrasound skills.

Please follow the four-step process to get started.

    • mskNAV requires an iPad or iPad Mini with iOS 12 or later or Macbooks with M1 / M2 chip processor.

    • mskNAV does not work on iPhones, other laptops, desktops, or Android devices

    • mskNAV needs 2 GB of memory. Erase other software or unnecessary files if iPad memory is limited.

    • Visit the Apple App Store on your iPad

    • Search for: 7D Imaging

    • Download mskNAV

    • Use a strong WIFI connection when installing the software. It's a large program full of videos, photos, and other wisdom-containing files.

    • When downloading, set the iPad screen to prevent lockout: SETTINGS -> GENERAL -> AUTO-LOCK - > NEVER (or touch the iPad screen occasionally to keep the download active).

    • Click LOGIN in upper right upper corner of screen

    • Enter USER NAME. This is the email you provided when purchasing the software.

    • Enter PASSWORD: This will always be 7DIMAGING

    • SAVE LOGIN CREDENTIALS

    • STAY SIGNED IN (this is important and related to recent iOs updates)

  • Video Tutorial on mskNAV

    • Once downloaded, mskNAV will work offline with all information stored locally on the iPad. Close other apps when using mskNAV; it is a large program! Licenses are connected to the unique serial number of your iPad.

    • If you get a new iPad, email info@7Dimgaging.com so we can update your account
